AFAIK, McCain proposed 10 TH meetings and Obama countered with ONE to be held on July 4. I would assume that would be totally unacceptable to McCain.

Then tell him to go F himself... Obama can do what ever he wants.

As to how long they last, I am not aware that this issue has come up at all. Do you have a link?

Heard it on TV, that it was part of the negotiation. Presumably McCain can't stay awake that long.
