Mark, I don't have any position in SYSF right now, so i can be as objective as possible. Intel's promotion of SYSF could be a real boost for this company. But make no mistake, all Intel cares for is to sell more chips. I was told so by some guy working as a high level manager in Intel when I tried to share my excitement about Intel's ProShare system. Everything else is side business, PR,etc. Will SysWiz help Intel in this task? I do not know. I worked with LANDesk Manager (previuos version) and found it too expensive, complicated, hard to install and manage and of very little use. So was all the rest of similar software packages. Will SysWiz sell? Of course it will, why not - just a week ago I received a new ThinkPad from IBM. 400 MB out 500 of disk space was filled with different kinds of software I have no use for. Took me 2 hours to figure out what is relevant to the system and delete the rest. The question is, do we really need a utility to solve hardware problems, interrupts, etc? In my understanding this should be taken care of by operating system. Automatic dial-in to the solution database? First ypu have to have your dial-in feature to be working, second you need to keep this database in tact with all the changes in third party stuff - that's what causes most of the problems. Too clumsy, too complicated, no use at all. What we have left? PCMCIA business? Good business. OS-9. Sounds good too. But the recent price jump is based exclusively on SysWiz. I am not saying that SYSF is a bad company. I wish some other companies had so hardworking PR people and CEOs dedicated to the stock price. Just do not expext new IOMG from this company. And BTW, IOMG is traded on PE of 53. And their stuff has a pretty good chance to become industry standard. They can grow enormously.
My advice - sober up. be realistic, don't fall in love with the stock.
Good luck,
