It is hard for me to think that any person or corporation would be "energized" by McCain's proposition. And try to collect from the democratic congress. I disagree, IMO it doubles the incentive to invent. Keep in mind, many of our greatest inventions came out of someones garage. In any case, the proposition means nothing unless someone invents something. On the other hand, for those who believe in limited government.....
