If it walks like a duck, and talks like a duck, or in this case crashes and burns like a duck that was thrown up the air rather than flying there of its own volition because it is a dead duck... OK, too many metaphors in there, but you get my drift. I don't have time right now to do it for you, but if you follow this company back through its various incarnations, you will see what I am talking about. I'd like to sic David Baines on them -- he is an expert at how these types of schemes work. I agree that most of you are smart enough to avoid these types of plays, but it sure tarnishes the reputation of anyone who is associated with them or brings them to the board. When I first started investing in juniors I lost a few grand on MVOG.OB, a similar OTCBB P&D, and since then keep a weather eye out for them and anyone who is associated with them. LC
