That's me sitting on the sideline. Heck, I've got a group ready to help out....but I can't find anything, anywhere on Tri-Star. They are a medical holding company?......Anyone know anything about them?

You know.....The way I read the deal.....all two sentences of it.....Tri-Star will become Java......and the coffee business will be gone. So I would think that any shareholders here should be keenly interested in who and what Tri-Star is. Was the annual meeting pushed back because of the Tri-Star deal?

ps. how do you figure that there is naked shorting going on here? Where do you place the shares.....Who has them?
