With 19% of the float short as of 5/27/08 and ENER having a good quarter, this looks more like a short squeeze to me.

Shares Short (as of 27-May-08)3: 7.60M
Short Ratio (as of 27-May-08)3: 2.3
Short % of Float (as of 27-May-08)3: 19.20%
Shares Short (prior month)3: 8.03M

I am glad to see ENER performing so well after years of hope. I have been in and out of ENER a few times in the past (currently out). Once the shorts have finished covering and the shares drop down some, I might re-enter because I like their long term prospects, provided they continue to generate profits after years of losses.
