It wouldn't take billions What, you saw a nuke for sale on eBay or Craig's List? Where do you get your information? Even though post-911 funding from US sources has been more difficult, there continue to be massive amounts of just about every currency flowing to them. How do you know? Are you their accountant? The way you hate your country it wouldn't surprise me.
