I spoke to IR people a few days ago and the focus of our talk was that the ERHC people had just returned from a productive meeting with the people on Sao Tome & Principe. He also mentioned that "financing" was being worked on but had no set timeframe for the conclusion of this financing or any details concerning how much, how dilutive etc. etc. The discussion was not particularly informative. Concerning our latest rather vague news release, it is my understanding that the new property is adjacent to ERHC/MIII joint venture Utah property. Larry
