Upped my position in Brandywine Realty Trust (BDN). Stock is selling near it's 52wk low (as well as an 8yr low). The company has shown good FFO in a challenging environment (increased it's FFO for Q1 by 9.5%). findarticles.com From the article:"...Funds from operations (FFO) totaled $62.4 million or $0.69 per diluted share in the first quarter of 2008, compared to $58.6 million or $0.63 per diluted share in the first quarter of 2007...". Yahoo shows company selling 17% below stated BV of $20.00/share (http://finance.yahoo.com/q/ks?s=BDN ). BDN announced the payment of their 2nd quarter dividend ($0.44/share) xdividend 7/3/08 which is equivalent to 10.67%. This is a valuation and return to the mean play for me with a 12-24 month target of $27 per share (50 SMA). EKS
