Steve, If this is a major correction, I would just as soon let it happen without me, but ...
1. The market has been highly volatile lately and this could be another example of a quick hit, then back to business as usual. Prices on CPQ, DELL, TXN, INTC, and IBM all started back up at 3:30, so we may have already hit bottom.
2. There are a lot of tech earnings still to come. SUNW earnings were down after the market closed. IBM reports next week, and the PC business did very poorly. We could be in for a series of drops based on continuing bad news.
I haven't made up my mind yet on what to do. |
