I agree, Management is the sole responsibility for the success or failure of said company. But, we can have an effect on the company, especially if they read these message boards. They will see what we see of them, and how they are managing the company. So if they know that we know then it should help influence some of their decisions, especially those decisions that are not good for the company. But if you look outside the box and wonder why management has not done better, maybe because they want this to fail, because of outsiders controlling their decisions. That's why wee need a shareholder meeting ASAP. gsm1951
