As a member of the class action, I have mixed feelings. I want to see a settlement and recover some of the losses I suffered due to the former managements dishonesty. But I also want the company to survive and prosper because I still hold a position. Did the attorney you spoke to give any sort of timeline for court dates, or the chances of an out of court settlement? In any case, let's all pray for lots and lots of snow this year, especially in Japan!
