I bought some DPS as well, a starter position only at this point. DPS valuation is attractive relative to PEP and KO but those are higher quality business. On an absolute base DPS does not look that attractive yet. The reason I bought is that I like the plan DPS' management laid out and i think as a spinoff it could outperform as management is now much more incentives to perform than before under Cadburry's umbrella. If i get the feeling that DPS management is up to the task and the share valuation is still attractive I will buy more.
