First off .... I hope everyone invested in this stock makes money. It's nice when patience is rewarded. I have a little gambling money in this one as well only because the "story" of the technology sounded appealing to me.

On the other hand, at some point an investor/gambler has to look at the promise of the technology. If, in fact, LACC technology can save 50% in manufacturing costs, why wouldn't companies be beating down the door to utilize the technology? I suspect that the knee jerk response to that rhetorical question would be, "They're just starting to. Look at the Eaton deal." But why not much sooner ..... with the kinds of savings and environmental advantages as advertised?

According to the gospel of ACII, every major manufacturer continues to incur twice the necessary costs to have their parts machined. This, even after allegedly GM and other companies of the "who's who" have had the technology demonstrated to them? Something is missing here. With the drubbing of the bottom line that the auto companies have been taking, they're not willing to enthusiastically leap at an opportunity to cut manufacturing costs in half?

Compound that with the musical chairs in the management team, the legal (and costly) litigation that appears to be inevitable, and the track record of dilution, and claims of business opportunities yet to materialize ..... should that kind of information best be swept under the carpet and not discussed openly?

I guess this turned into a summary of "bad news". I really didn't start out with this in mind, but I just have some difficulty in comprehending a point of view that says it may be in our investment interests to have this kind of odor masked. Are we suggesting that "misery loves company" and that maybe we can get some others to buy the stock if we could just keep company fundamentals from them? Yikes!!

I know the advice .... "if you don't like it, sell it." My initial small wager is now worth about a twelve pack so there's not really much point in that strategy. {G}
