i just got back from waikiki a few weeks ago ... it seemed 'busy' (as in crowded) at the time, yet when i discussed business with locals they said things were slow... how are things going now with the price of fuel putting airlines into BK? a friend of mine told me that RE is plunging....is that what you are seeing?
