Actually, a triangle consists of 5 "threes".... it would be a "quintuple three"... LOL. But yes, multiple "three" corrections are normal. The main, I think, reason to stick to the classic EW definition of triangles is that they tend to precede the move before the last move - wave 4 or B. Other multiple "threes" can happen any place.
