I follow peak oil, not Chinese policies. "Why was GM downgraded yesterday?" I'll answer that with another question. Whatever happened to the solar powered model car they showed us at at a school assembly in '56 or '57? When they said "we can't do it cuz it is bad for business", they actually were saying "We are afraid to compete". So they didn't. So they lost to those who didn't say "It is bad for business".
