I don't know where you get a PE of 49 with a growth rate of 20. According to first Call estimated earnings this year is $1.11: that gives the stock a PE of roughly 30. As for growth rate First Call puts it at 30%. Estimated earnings next year are $1.43 as I recall, or pretty close to that 30% growth rate.

Over the past 3 years the PE on ORCL has ranged from a low of 26.8 (would give a price of $29.5 with earnings of 1.11) to a high of 51.7 (a price of $57).

At a bit under $35 the stock seems to be a little closer to the bottom part of it's range than it's top.

In my opinion, ORCL is a case of a stock drifting lower for no good reason. That makes it much more of a buy than a sell, as I see it. And I did today, picking up a bit more.
