How do I get in on this deal? I lived in Texas for two decades and I never got a dividend check from the oil fatcats. How is it that Alaskans get a dividend check? Also, isn't that US government land? If so, shouldn't we all get a dividend check? Why is it limited to Alaskans? See what you did, koan? My greed is coming out. LOL.
