Kerry, Spoke with Russell Godwin yesterday and he was sounding very happy to have a lawsuit completed and settled regarding a former President of MXR. If you're interested in the details of that, give him a call. He was also waiting on assay results from California & Nevada properties that had just been sent to the lab the day before. Sounded like things are happening again at Maximum. However, one never knows the quality of the properties until the assays are completed. Hope the price starts to climb as a result of the new developments. There seems to be rumblings of interest out there in MXR once again. It sounds like the worst is over and the autumn may be rewarding. Hoping our patience is about to pay off. Newman
