Is there any truth to a rumor that there are 300+ ships sitting in the ocean with Saudi heavy crude just sitting there, because there are no refineries to refine the heavy crude? Almost !! How about 15 VLCCs on charter to the Iranian Oil Co as floating storage for 30 million barrels of Iranian heavy sour crude that their current customers can't take delivery of due to refinery maintenance programs ?? Triff ..
