it will always be scraps if they would not go after intel market share. It is perfect timing right now. If AMD would fail then OEMs would be on intel's side for at least another couple of years. If amd would make it alone then it would be in the best interests of amd not to cooperate with cyrx which would mean that intel and amd would devide the market. If amd and cyrx would decide to cooperate then they can potentially claim enough market share and support to make shareholders of both companies very happy.
