I would like to ask you guys to please post a quick summary of what's going on. You are correct in that, under generally accepted accounting practice, convertible debt is not counted in shares outstanding for EPS until the common stock reaches the strike price. If this it $28, we are a long way away. But I would like to know, and I bet a lot of others would too, what's going on with the number of shares, without having to do the research. I'll pay you back. 8^)
