Ted, I thought you liberals loved it when projects are delayed to study their environmental impact. How ironic that the most environmentally-friendly form of energy is being delayed to study their <GASP> impact on the environment. Of course to you, that's Bush's fault ... Who's fault is it? After all, Bush oversees the B of LM. Do we blame Obama or the polar bears?
