Listen, why don't you use some common sense when looking at AQ in Iraq.

If you were POTUS, keeping in mind that your number one job priority was the security of America and it's citizens. Then 9/11 and your faced with a terrorist organization that is spread out all over that in effect has just declared war on America. Problem is that AQ is mobile and not based in any one country. What do you do? Forget about it?

I'm not going to go over our history with Saddam or why we initially invaded since no matter how many facts I bring up probably won't change your mind one iota. To make a long story short our invasion of Iraq acted like fly paper to AQ. We were hoping that they'd come to Iraq so we wouldn't have to go galavanting around the globe to track them down.

The results have been fruitful AQ has been contained and weakened which is just about the best that we can do. As the article stated in summary there's only one thing necessary for a resurgence of AQ a sudden sea change in our policies. BO represents this sea change. Through his ignorance and lack of experience of foreign policy he could easily set our progress against AQ back 5 years..........
