So, you're saying that the American People are the "Wild Boars" and the Administration has lured them in to "pens of privacy loss" by lulling them with threats of Terrorists?

They are telling them that it's for their OWN good that their phone calls will be monitored and their personal data will be collected so that they may be better PROTECTED???
