How come nobody talks about Iraqi oil production? It's still far below pre-invasion levels. Output could easily and relatively cheaply be increased by 4 million barrels per day.

The Iraq war was primarily to gain control over the marginal barrel of oil. Yes it was all about oil but not to gain control of supply but to gain control over the marginal barrel produced.

It was all part of Cheney's secret energy meetings with Kenny Boy and his criminal friends.

Bush and Cheney are Ah-Ol (as they say in Texas) guys. Their cronies are getting rich beyond belief and they are about to give them their final payoff with a threatened or actual Iran attack designed to send oil to the stratosphere.
