1. All of the constant negativity / doom and gloom that's posted on all of these boards certainly DOES NOT help attract new investment... which is how and why the price will go up.

2. Besides the challenge of changing human behavior... (purchasing dept. long term relationships coupled with shop foreman ego's auto-renewable budgets etc etc....) there are other MAJOR considerations before any major order can go through.

MOST factories have purchase order contractual commitments for supplies - with onsite inventories that account for significant investment and that need to be consumed before any decision to change the standard operating procedures can be seriously considered... not to mention the retraining and other employee concerns!

In this case you have substantial supplies/commitments for coolants, lubricants, de greasers and solvents to "eat up" - both coming in and then the disposal contracts for same going out to honor before anyone will approve the budget to change formats.

Anyone who thinks this LACC is a simple sales and purchase order situation is clearly off track.

HOWEVER - with new industries going "green" every day - the benefits of the LACC process become more obvious to the common intellect.

Assuming it is what it is..... It is just a matter of time ~)
