Where did they get all the money from? Has the Communist Govt abandoned its' policy of "no private ownership"?

If they are buying these cars then which automaker's stock is going up? Why was GM downgraded yesterday?

GM is the best seller in China. However, its sales in the rest of the world have dropped off a cliff because its car lineup is so out of sync with high gas prices.

GM may have to file bankruptcy.
