Between that and the BLM single handedly halting solar thermal development for 2 years, I'm pretty agog at the 'developments' in US energy policy this week. I'm assuming if Bush endorsed solar, he could order his minions in the Department of the Interior to reverse that order. I'm not holding my breath. Guess he's trying to lock up the "Worst President Ever" Award beyond any shadow of a doubt.
