I really don't know how I can clarify it any more. Bottom line, we got 400,000 shares of PAR. The funny thing is, CAM sounded almost excited at getting these shares as he thinks in the end, they will provide them with some good cash.(Can't understand why he would be!%?@). As far as funding is concerned, he was not in the least bit worried. He said they will simply borrow against these shares if need be. I am not all that pleased to say the least at this outcome but it is over and done with. They would like to get out from under the wing of thier partners and branch out onto properties with some cash flow (Did one of them win the LOTTO?). There are some more questions I would like to ask, but for a broke company, he seems to think that they can also afford someone in IR. I could be wrong but I think he mentioned that they are looking at getting someone in the very short term. One question, when he states they may borrow against these shares, I assume he means going straight to a FI and not through a PP. Did anybody else try to CALL?
