Reagan killed Carter's clean energy program which would have had us off Arab oil 100% by 2000. Imagine that. Time to re-examine how supposedly "great" Reagan was, and how supposedly "poor" Carter was. It may be that the opposite is true. Time has proven now that Carter was right and Reagan wrong.
