Interesting question. Maybe it would not be less by very much. Oil is fungible, and the world is going through more that 87 million barrels every single day. ANWR would cover but a small fraction. We would still have to face issues of alternative sources - and of using less. True - billions of $$ would stay here, rather than go to Sauds and to uncle Hugo. That would be nice.
