My point of printing it was AT LEAST there were some ideas there....Just when have you seen ANY positive, actual, concrete ideas and possible ways forward to help work ourselves out of the situation we find ourselves in, after 40 years of doing absolutely nothing!!!! Of course, what has happened over the 40 years is that laws have been written and passed that tie our hands for just about any type of energy plans and how to implement them..... And one more point....note that his ideas were $14 Billion total.... Anything the Dems have had a hand in lately seems to be in the $300 BILLION dollar chunks....(Housing bailout is the latest one - hoping GWB will veto it) Next it will be the Global Warming mess....
