REF: DGLY Stock Price Movement on Friday My assessment is that many traders had automatic sell stops that were triggered when DGLY broke support. My expectation is that we will see a move back up next week (Bullish reversal) and into revenue projections which will be in early July (NLT 2nd week). * Note price and chart action in MAR AND then return to new highs DGLY CEO has already commented that given their visibility into backlog and in-progress orders they remain very confident that DGLY would hit or exceed the company's $40M revenue projection and report record earnings in FY08. (See last week's comments in press release on being added to microcap index) He has also repeatedly stated that FY09 promises to see even greater growth in revenue and earnings given 3 new product introductions. Revenue from their DVM-500 product line has been very strong . . . international sells at record levels as evident by the recent announcement of a 1000 order (4 times larger than the prior qtr's largest order) . . . low dollar and increased demand from overseas coupled with being the Low Cost Producer in the United States imo will result in another record second qtr and even stronger 3rd and 4th qtrs. Should know soon! ** Waiting on results of the first major contract award for the company's flashlight product which is being tested by several local and state police departments AND the first contract for the DVM-250 PRO which the company has already stated should start to ship in the 3rd qtr (given 30 days to produce, we would need to see that order in July or Aug)
