I have tried in vain to get in touch with the company also. Their 800 number was dumped for I think a 516 area code number. Obviously not a good sign. I have left several messages and no response. I would say unequivocally that this company is dead in the water and this will just be a tax write off come December 31. The fact that it has been 1 year since they were suspended and an audit is nowhere in sight means to me that all the discussions on this thread one year ago before the suspension had merit and substance to them. My lesson from this? Never invest in a Bulletin Board Stock. Although look at Bre-X, it can happen to even the most seasoned of investors.
