An acid treatment is being scheduled during the next ten days to treat the zone that produced oil during drilling. Ebony #001 (working interest 75%) was drilled to 2,230 feet into the Knox Formation but did not encounter hydrocarbons. Although the upper zones were flat to Ledbetter #1 and #3 the top 40 ft. of the Knox Formation had been eroded away and therefore came in low. Upon completion of the forming of a joint venture with American Hunter, a seismic program, which will include the Ledbetter lease, will be implemented. EBONY GOLD & GAS INC. James M.
