We've got Magnolia trees in the front and a large, well formed maple in the back, plus the lake is near. However, houses here 100 years ago were built without insulation and the windows are terrible. Gives me lots to do, keeps me busy and interested in my old age. I enjoy the work, am not being taxed to death on my effort to improve my lot, and I do it to suit my schedule and mood. ARS
