A little more of the saga on INFO/GNET.

Last year I received a class action from Merrill LYnch for INFO during a specific time, if you bought or sold during that time-----I was surprised as I did not file for the class actions when they initially came out. Seems the time must have been extended.

I did that in my IRA----had bought and sold quite a bit in that account..

Received a note yesterday from the Claims Administrator indicating they would recommend to the Court that my total claim be denied if I don't provide them with one more piece of paper------showing the exchange of GNET shares for INFO during that period. Quite sure I provided them with info on that---they say not.

I have nothing other than brokerage statement to show that exchange so I fully expect they will deny the whole claim. Feel sure I sent that to them along with all the info. So a copy will be in the mail with cover letter .

If they deny, I will also communicate with the court directly.

I don't usually bother with class actions----but looked at my statements during the class time and decided my transactions were substantial enough to file.

Actually on that class action against Merrill Lynch the court cut the amount the lawyers will get in half. So suspect they will do all of the denying possible with claims-----color me cynical and skeptical,
