pogohere, Baseline Oil & Gas (BOGA) -- thanks, I forgot to mention that another reason why the stock is so undervalued right now is that it suffers from being associated with Alan Gaines. Alan is personna non grata for many investors these days due to the flop of his flagship company, Dune Energy (DNE). Thus many investors, when they find out that Alan is a director of Baseline (and was involved in both of its acquisitions), they give the stock a wide berth.

Although there is some commonality between DNE and BOGA in that both have weird capital structures, this is where the similarity ends. BOGA is on much firmer financial ground than DNE. I believe that this negative effect from the Gaines relationship will have less and less impact as BOGA continues to ramp up production.
