Basically nuclear power is too good for our little minds to perceive. They regulate it so much that the time to build one is extravagant. The effluent is water. I sell stuff to nuke plants, and no human has died at one from radiation. Our current technology is awesome compared to the last plant we built. The opponents argue as to where we deposit the spent fuel. All of the nuclear spent fuel ever created in America can be placed into a smaller area than a football field. Meanwhile our coal miners die every day from coal dust. (Black lung) We desecrate our land with strip mining. Our CO2 emissions will change our planet's and our children's lives. While America remains stupid other countries have become wiser. Stupid is as stupid does.
