I spoke to CFO at length today- he claimed that a number of factors were involved- 1. Seasonal decline in revenues in summer months as many in East coast left town for vacations, etc. 2. Higher costs of trucking california oranges back east- causing CGS to increase This will reverse as winter approaches and they buy florida oranges. 3. Higher tax rate due to using up NOL carryback. 4. Lower operating expenses due to merger efficiencies. I explained the importance of shareholder communications. I would encourage others to do the same. IMO profitability should increase in next quarters and summer quarter will always be weakest one - especially for OJ as they are mainly an east coast operation. TA is being effected by today's action. I see reasonably strong support at 3. Some PR would definitely help. Apparently they have no PR firm ( which is obvious). andy
