Somewhat OT: There has been a discussion of cell phone plans here, and on a related note, I've got to air a beef. This morning on the road I was almost nailed (for the 3rd time in the past few months) by an idiot yapping on a cell phone and not paying attention. Give me an honest drunk driver any day. Although I shake my head at California's excessive nanny state stupidity, they've passed one law that I applaud them for. As of tomorrow, no more cell phones while behind the wheel, and for drivers under 18, no hands free or blue tooth either. I hope they ticket the hell out of those who disregard the new law...
