Although I shake my head at California's excessive nanny state stupidity, they've passed one law that I applaud them for. As of tomorrow, no more cell phones while behind the wheel, and for drivers under 18, no hands free or blue tooth either. I hope they ticket the hell out of those who disregard the new law... Washington joins the ranks tomorrow as well. Unfortunately, it's not a primary offense, which means the cops can't pull someone over just for yakking. They have to be stopped for some other offense first.
