Actually maybe it does.. I mean people have a right to disagree, clash and change their minds... Her's is a sensitive position that affects the company big time so its important the right person is hired.. time will tell the story. When dealing with FDA material such as NDA's its hard to bring someone on board late in the game that has gone through what Katz is been through...and see's eye to eye right down the line..this one may be for Bud.. I will pulse him next week on this please remind me...(don't ask who is Bud..pls read back a bit). luis
