That cat was the love of our lives... and our house sitter, our grandson, is not welcome in our home anymore. The cat was just a pain in the butt to him and he didn't care, apparently, that the cat got out. His reply was, 'oh well, cats come back home.' He could not appreciate that our cat was first attacked by some animal apparently that he didn't hear and the attack blinded him in one eye and then he ran into the road and was killed by a car. He will be persona non grata until he shows some remorse - and I do not think he will ever appreciate the pain and suffering he put us through.
