What is startling is these so called High-tech companies rip each other off, Intel/digital, microsoft/appal etc....... I am starting to believe you do not have to have any innovation as engineer just enough capital and "balls" to take what you have stolen and market it to a qrowing market. Not to say this does not work! This was the backbone of the Japanese industrial revolution. The only glitch in Avants case is the nomaral dragged out civil case is backed by criminal charges. If the D.A is successful the courts may have enough jurist prudence to change Hi tech bandits perception of a lucrative market. If a large company did their homework on Avant I can not see why they would want to build a long-term business relationship with this wounded duck.
