I think it is more like 40K, but anyway, I have always wondered why the American sheeple have been so passive about that. Some sort of weird masochism? People understand the benefit side to the risk equation. It's risky to drive on the highway, but there's benefit in getting to where you need to be. Blowing up a building full of office workers, on the other hand, benefits no one and costs a great deal.
