I think the home test kit is totally private. As I understand it the person who buys the test gets only a code number that is totally random, that's the beauty of buying the test at a public store, nobody knows who gets what test... there all random!

When the test is sent in to the company no name is given, not even a return address is given as I understand it. At a specified time after the sample is sent in the people call Chem Trak and give their code number, then the results are given over the phone... no names are ever used!

I think that privacy is a major league issue, and I agree that many major employers have access to the large databases. Illegal or not most major corporations can get access to your medical records and they probably wont hire you if you have a mental illness record or other serious illness, drug use could also be a reason for not hiring.

Also with a shelf price of $45. the difference is more like $15 not $20 for the privacy premium. The price of the test will hopefully come down as well if the volume of sales gets up there.

I also feel that the company should concentrate only on test results and scrap the counseling efforts. Let the test be just the test and let people deal with the results as they will... don't spend money on concelling efforts and get the price of the test down even lower! $20 a test would be great!

I think the recent news is great and I'm hoping to see the share price break $2 really soon if not on Friday. I bought in at $1 1/8 and I have a limit order to sell at $2 1/4 but I'm thinking I should raise this to more near $3.25 with the recent news.

I think the recent news is great. I seems that this company is finally profitable again! This is big news as far as I'm concerned and will hopefully soon be reflected in the price. I'm not concerned that some of the earnings came from the 2.4 mil from Astra/Merck... Hey, at least Chem Trak had the sence to demand a payment in case AM renigged on the deal. AM paid this becuase they new the product has merit... I consider this valid earnings, and I hope they get another distributer of the test.

Any and all opinions on this are appriciated.

By the way, how many shares are outstanding with this stock?

Brian
