Since you mentioned it again, I've wondered if any other than a person of color ever says anything like "Uncle Tom" or "acting white" I can't say I've ever heard a seemingly* white person say anything like that..... *I say seemingly because who knows the genetics of a person 5 generations back....that's 16 great, great grandparents .... Also, evidently our government counts Mexican as "white"... The "whole affirmative action" gig is a gigantic farce, as far as I'm concerned. If anyone has "race" on any form I have to fill out....I say "Heinz" or "Other"...just to mess with the computers' brain...<ggg>
